Menyembuhkan TMJ-D (Temporo Mandibular Joint) Disorder: Cepat dan Gratis
Halo semua 😀 , Kali ini cuma mau sharing bagaimana mengatasi dan meredakan penyakit Temporo Mandibular Joint Disorder (disingkat TMJ-D) atau bahasa Indonesia nya Kelainan Sendi Rahang dengan cara mudah, cepat dan gratis, semuanya berdasarkan pada pengalaman sendiri.
Buat yang belum tau, Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) sendiri bukanlah nama penyakitnya, tapi itu termasuk organ tubuh berbentuk seperti engsel yang menghubungkan antara tulang rahang dengan tengkorak. Gangguan TMJ dapat menyebabkan nyeri pada sendi rahang dan otot-otot yang berperan dalam gerakan kontrol rahang.
Nah, ciri-ciri dan gejala umum TMJ-D adalah ➡
- Rasa sakit di sekitar wajah, terutama di persendian rahang, engsel, kadang leher dan bahu, di dalam atau dekat telinga sewaktu mengunyah, dan berbicara atau membuka mulut lebar-lebar.
- Tidak dapat buka mulut lebar, hanya 2 cm saja atau lebih kecil
- Rahang yang tidak dapat digerakkan lagi pada posisi mulut tertutup atau terbuka
- Bunyi klik-klak (Clicking), terdengar suara pada saat membuka atau menutup mulut (yang mungkin atau tidak disertai oleh rasa sakit)
- Kesulitan mengunyah atau gigitan yang tidak nyaman yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba – seperti bila gigi atas dan bawah tidak dalam posisi yang tepat.
- Terasa ada cricking atau bunyi pecahan tulang.
- Rahang terkadang mengunci, tidak mau membuka atau menutup.
- Pembengkakan pada sisi wajah gejala umum yang lain termasuk sakit gigi, sakit kepala, sakit leher, pusing, sakit telinga dan masalah pendengaran, ini adalah efek samping dari gejala diatas 🙄
- Susah tidur??, ini juga efek samping gejala.
Lalu penyebabnya apa sih Sakit TMJ-D ini??
Ada beberapa, diantaranya
- Suka menggerus gigi secara gak sadar.
- Gigi suka gemeretak sewaktu tidur, Kreeettt… kreett gitu lah pokoknya
- Stress
- Suka menggigit-gigit benda-benda keras dan gak jelas seperti kuku, pensil, pulpen, martil dsb.
- Hanya mengunyah makanan pada satu sisi, misalnya selalu pada bagian kanan dalam waktu lama.
- dll Penyebab lain
Nah, apa ada yang sudah sadar??, oke langsung saja bahas cara mengatasinya 😉
Cara Mengatasi Sakit TMJ-D (Temporo Mandibular Joint Disorder) Mudah, Cepat dan Gratis.
Setau saja, sakit TMJ ini alias kelainan sendi rahang ini tidak ada obatnya, pada dasarnya pun ini bukan disebut sebagai penyakit, tapi hanya kelainan sendir rahang saja, istilahnya seperti keseleo pada tubuh, tapi konteksnya tidak sama, jadi kita sebut penyembuhan ini dengan Terapi.
Langkah pertama
- Istirahat mulut dulu, jangan diolahragakan seperti misalnya makan permen karet atau sesuatu yang kenyal dan keras.
- Jangan menggeretakkan gigi waktu sadar.
- Usahakan antara gigi atas dan gigi bawah tidak bersentuhan, istilahnya rahang ini harus diistirahatkan, juga kurangi bicara.
- Kalo dirasa sakitnya udah luar biasa, Hmm,,, pakai aja asam mefenamat (kalo gitu udah gak gratis dong 😆 , tapi daripada sakit?? )
Langkah kedua
Nah, saya cari-cari referensi di Internet, penyembuhan sakit ini tuh bisa di rentang 6-10 bulan, edan juga tuh, tapi saya sendiri sembuh hanya dalam 1 bulan, bagaimana caranya?
Awalnya susah banget makan hanya dengan 2 cm terbuka, itupun tidak bisa makan yang keras-keras, makan kacang aja sakit, apalagi rendang , beberapa kali makan bubur deh.
Yang harus dilakukan adalah beberapa hal yang membuat otak kita melakukan hal dibawah sadar kita, yaitu menguap, tapi itu tidak mudah…
Nah, solusinya, kalo punya laptop, PC atau minimal TV lah, sering-sering nonton sampai larut malam, nonton film yang seru akan membuat kita melongo (ndolop ) atau bisa juga nonton anime, asal jangan film bokep aja, nanti gak barokah. Juga bisa baca buku, novel atau kamus sebagai alternatif lain.
Bila kurang tidur dan mengantuk, maka akan menguap, saat itu lah mulut yang seharian hanya terdiam dan istirahat otomatis terpaksa terbuka dan merenggangkan sendi-sendi nya, hingga berbunyi kreteeekkkkk….!!
Bunyi ini mirip dengan bunyi waktu kita memutar badan, kepala atau menarik jari-jari kita. Ketika sudah berbunyi seperti otot yang bergeser, maka otot bakal lebih lega, silahkan diukur apa mulutnya bisa membuka lebih lebar??
Biasanya momen ini bakal terjadi dalam 2-3 hari sekali, kadang pagi kadang malam, jangan memaksa membuka mulut sendiri hingga kesakitan, otak kita bakal merespon ini sebagai tindakan menyakiti diri sendiri dan itu gak ada gunanya.
Saya sendiri sudah bisa membuka normal mulut hanya dalam 1 bulan kurang, tapi rasa sakit mungkin masih ada, rasa sakit bisa terasa hingga berbulan-bulan selanjutnya, tapi saya rasa itu bukan masalah karena setiap orang hasilnya tentu berbeda.
Hasil ini bisa jadi tidak berhasil untuk setiap orang, karena gejala kelainan ini berbeda untuk tiap orang, walaupun pada dasarnya sama, kami tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap apa yang terjadi nantinya, kalo sembuh ya Syukur, tapi kalo ternyata hasilnya berbeda, berarti kelainan tersebut berada di tingkatan yang lain.

2 tahun lalu saya pernah coba ke bberapa dokter gigi. mereka “give up” dan hanya memberi saya obat2an. lalu kebetulan saya menemani mama saya ke dokter gigi di daerah matraman, jakarta. awalnya saya sendiri sudah putus asa, kemudian dokter itu sendiri lgsg menghampiri saya dan bertanya, “ada kelainan rahang ya?”. tdk pikir panjang saya memutuskan untuk konsultasi. dari mulai rongent, memakai night guard, kompres tiap hari, dll. seminggu melakukan teraphy rutin di dokter tersebut.
rahang saya membengkak dan nyeri hebat. ponstan 2 butir tidak mempan saat itu. kemudian saya pergi ke dokter dan dokter itu untuk memberikan obat penahan nyeri dosis tinggi.
setelah pulih dalam bberapa hari, saya memutuskan untuk berhenti kontrol di dokter gigi tersebut. dan sampai saat ini saya membiarkan TMD ini tetap bersama rahang saya :’) mohon di bantu recommendasikan untuk dokter. thanks
Kalo saya sendiri awalnya juga ke dokter, karena ada dugaan ini karena virus, tapi nyatanya gak ada gejala apapun, juga gak ada pembengkakan kelenjar getah bening, jadi kalo memang sudah fix murni itu kena TMJ, maka setau saya tidak ada dokter yang punya penanganan khusus seperti itu karena ini kasus yang langka 😀

buat yang kena tmj tidak usah panik/dibuat susah, sy periksa ke dokter gigi dan tht katanya tidak berbahaya, ini bisa sembuh sendiri kok.. walau lama :3 pokoknya minum suplemen sendi & kalsium utk mengatasi sendi yang rusak :v

Wah, kalo memang masalahnya udah kretak kretek seperti itu, saya sarankan untuk di ronsen / x-ray saja, dan jangan pakai BPJS, apply saja sebagai pasien umum. Gak papa mahal soalnya ini urusannya ama mulut.
Bila yakin ini TMJ, maka ada kemungkinan itu ada komplikasi. TMJ itu bukan penyakit tapi cuma kelainan sendi, dan ini sangat langka makanya hampir gak ada dokter yang tau.
Kalo saya sudah sembuh total hanya dalam 3 bulan. Semoga anda bisa lekas sembuh juga, Aammiin… 😀
Ane coba bantu ya bro, ke dokter rehab medik aja atau orthopedi, terus minta rujukan ke fisioterapi. Nanti diberikan terapi untuk mengendurkan otot2 yg tegang. Khawatir juga itu udah dislokasi tmj.

Sama gak ya tmj karena alami sama tmj gara2 habis jatuh dari motor luka bagian dagu.mulut susah n sakit klo di buka lebar. Trus klo mulut di istirahatkan apa malah kurang bagus. Lebih baik di terapi trus, biar otot2 di rahang lemas.
Saya kena gejala TMJ juga, penyebabnya kata dokter kemungkinan besar karena susunan gigi yang nggak rata. Soalnya gigi yang nggak rata bikin beban gigitan saya jadi meleset, dan akhirnya berdampak di sendi rahang. Disaranin dokter sih pakai kawat gigi dulu untuk benerin susunan gigi, yang belum saya lakukan karena pasang kawat gigi kan nggak murah. Jadinya ya rahang saya masih sering sakit dan bunyi2 kalau digerakkan, plus sakit telinga dan sakit kepala, biarpun sakitnya nggak gitu2 amat sih. Memang kadar sakitnya kayaknya beda2 di tiap orang, atau mungkin saya yang udah biasa jadi ngerasa nggak sakit2 amat. Saya sendiri nggak punya treatment khusus kalau kebetulan pas lagi sakit, palingan makan makanan yang nggak terlalu keras dan perlu banyak gerakan rahang untuk ngunyah
Mau tanya dong, kalau saya bunyi saat membuka rahangnya terlalu lebar aja. Itu termasuk gejala tmj juga apa gimana yah? Tapi nggak ada pengaruh apa apa, rahang nggak sakit atau semacamnya.

Sy udah lama mengidap tmj awalnya bunyi kletek2 dibagian rahang, tapi sy diemin aja, sy pikir mungkin kurang olahraga kurang peregangan otot otot disekitar mulut, eh lama lama telinga sy jadi sakit terus berdengung kaya orang lagi pilek mungkin sekitar 3 bulan. Akhirnya sy memutuskan ke THT katanya gak apa2 telinga sy,terus cuman dikasi obat. Tapi kok telinga tetep mendengung otot2 disekitar wajah sy juga sakit. Dan puncaknya waktu bangun tidur, mulut sy kekunci waktuu nguap dan susah banget untuk ditutup. Lama kelamaan pipi sy bengkak sebelah kiri dan nyeri hebat. Akhirnya sy pergi ke dokter syaraf. Tapi dokter syarafnya nyaranin sy ke poli gigi khususnya dokter gigi spesialis prosto. Dan stelah beberapa kali konsul nyerinya perlahan hilang tapi harus dibeliin alat buat relaxin rahang sama mahkota gigi biar rata ngunyahnya karena gigi sebelah kiri sy berlubang. Penyebab utamanya sih karena kata dokter gigi sy ngunyah pake sebelah kanan doang. Sy saranin ke dokter spesialis prosto. Dan sekarang sy masih menjalanin pengobatan baru 1 bulan. Mudah2an cepet sembuh Aamiin
